Chief Operating Officer

As Nightfall’s COO, Brandi draws from over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity across organizations that include TrustWave, Mandiant, AOL, Ounce Labs (acquired by IBM), Cofence, and Mitiga. She leverages her rich experience to support GTM in building enterprise-ready sales acumen, and optimizing both marketing and customer experience at Nightfall AI.

Rohan Sathe

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Before co-founding Nightfall AI, Rohan led the backend team at UberEats as they built out applied machine learning services like ETA prediction and supply/demand forecasting. Rohan has appeared as a guest on the CISO Series podcast and the Artificial Intelligence podcast, among other outlets.

Ajay Bhave

VP of Engineering

Drawing from an expansive technical background, Ajay brings experience from industry giants like Microsoft as well as dynamic startups such as Flipkart, Qubole, and Rubrik. Ajay's tenure at Nightfall is marked by his exceptional leadership, under which he spearheaded the establishment and growth of the Nightfall India centre.

Anubhaw Srivastava

VP of Engineering

Anubhaw is a seasoned tech professional with 15+ years of experience specializing in startup environments. As the first employee at Harness, he played a vital role in the company's growth to a 3.7 billion-dollar valuation. Now, in his role as VP of Engineering at Nightfall, Anubhaw offers visionary leadership, steering global engineering execution and strategy.

Chief Financial Officer

Bernard brings over 20 years of experience leading finance and accounting organizations in high-growth startup companies. Prior to Nightfall, Bernard worked as a founding team member at SaaS companies like BlueJeans Network (acquired by Verizon) and FiveStars Loyalty (acquired by Sumup).
