SAN FRANCISCO, November 3, 2026: Nightfall AI, the AI-native data security platform for people and AI agents, today reported its strongest quarter ever for new ARR, up 3x year over year. Q3 builds on the company’s previous record, set in Q2.
The quarter included the largest deal in Nightfall’s history, with one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, valued at more than $20 billion. Existing customers are expanding too: upsell and cross-sell grew 177% in the quarter, including Nightfall’s largest cross-sell to date. And 17% of Nightfall customers have already adopted its latest AI agent.
“We’re building for a world where sensitive information moves through employees, applications and agents, often in the same workflow,” said Rohan Sathe, co-founder and CEO of Nightfall AI. “Understanding that information as it gets combined, rewritten and shared is becoming foundational to security. We’ve spent years building AI-native data security, and there’s still so much more to come.”
Product momentum
In Q3, Nightfall shipped:
- Insider Risk Agents, demoed live to a packed virtual audience in October.
- Claude Inference Hooks support.
- MCP coverage through the Nightfall MCP Gateway.
Together, these launches extend Nightfall to every place sensitive data now moves, from employee laptops and SaaS apps to the AI agents and tools working alongside them. With one platform and one policy for every person and every agent, Nightfall is fast becoming the leader in securing data in the age of AI agents.
