Nightfall today announced that the current quarter has already surpassed every full quarter in company history, a month ahead of schedule. The record caps the strongest six months the company has ever had and reflects a shift in buying behavior: security teams are replacing data protection tools mid-cycle to gain control over AI agents, copilots, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) workflows their existing tools cannot see.
Highlights
- Biggest quarter in company history, a month ahead of schedule
- Up 241% against the same quarter last year
- Closed two top AI companies with a combined valuation of $20 billion
- The first half of 2026 out-earned all of 2025 — by nearly 40%
"Mid-year replacements used to be rare in security — teams waited for renewal dates," said Rohan Sathe, CEO and co-founder of Nightfall. "This quarter they became normal. Nobody wants to be the team explaining next year why an AI agent moved customer data and their DLP never saw it."
